1 General Provisions

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Information at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and contact address. A national identity card or other documents may be requested for verification. The right to close an account is reserved if false or incomplete information is provided.

• Keep your registration information up to date at all times.
• Members of the same household may create separate accounts, but the same payment method may only be used with one account.
• Managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password secure. You should not share your login details with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the 8999 det support team immediately.

5.2 Weekly and Regular Offers

8999 det has several regular offers for members:

• 8999 det Weekly Deposit Reward: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000. Wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳300. Example: ৳2,000 deposit earns ৳1,000 bonus, wagering ৳20,000.
• 8999 det Slot Festival Bonus: 30% deposit bonus on slot games, up to ৳3,000. Wagering 25x, claimable once per day. Example: ৳2,000 deposit earns ৳600 bonus, wagering ৳15,000.
• Cricket Season Special Offer: 40% deposit bonus on the cricket or sports section, up to ৳4,000. Wagering 20x, once per weekend. Example: ৳2,000 deposit earns ৳800 bonus, wagering ৳16,000.
• Birthday Special Gift: Members with a verified account receive a reward of up to ৳1,000 on their birthday each year. Wagering 15x.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are not cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• 8999 det reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.
• Promotion terms may change at any time — the latest terms will be available on the promotions page.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Terms

8999 det offers several categories including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game or bet has its own rules, which are displayed when the game is launched.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game or bet, the relevant round or bet may be voided and the stake will be returned. The result recorded on the game provider's server is considered final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing with bots, automation software or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
• Placing bets strategically to exploit bonuses ("bonus abuse") is prohibited.

7 VIP Program

The 8999 det VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can move to a higher tier based on their activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

VIP benefits may change at any time. The account must be active and verified to earn cashback.

8 Responsible Gambling

8999 det believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems. We encourage our members to gamble responsibly and provide support on this matter.

• Play within your budget — do not bet more than you can afford to lose.

12 Dispute Resolution
